Q: CREDIT POLICY:

All accounts must have a completed and signed credit application on file, approved or not, with a valid credit card as an alternate form of payment.

Q: TERMS:

Net terms are subject to approval. All payments not made by the due date shall bear a service charge/late fee at a rate of one and one half (1 1/2) percent per month, or the maximum legal rate, whichever is less, on the unpaid balance. If Customer is delinquent in paying any amount owed to Paramount Automotive by more than ten (10) days, then without limiting any other rights and remedies available to Paramount Automotive under the law, in equity, or under the contract, Paramount Automotive may (i) suspend production, shipment and/or deliveries of any or all goods purchased by Customer, or (ii) by notice to Customer, treat such delinquency as a repudiation by Customer of the portion of the contract not then fully performed, whereupon Paramount Automotive may cancel all further deliveries and any amounts unpaid hereunder shall immediately become due and payable. Further, the Customer shall reimburse and indemnify Paramount Automotive for any costs of collection incurred in collecting any past due sums, including court fees, out-of-pocket expenses, and reasonable attorneys' fees.

Q: SHIPPING/FREIGHT POLICY:

  • FOB Ontario, California
  • Prepaid orders must meet or exceed $5,000.00
  • All Drop shipments are subject to a handling fee
  • All expenses and risk of loss for any damages incurred in the transportation of goods, including but not limited to any risk, of loss of loading or unloading, shall be born solely by Customer, unless otherwise specified in writing by a duly authorized officer of Paramount Automotive. All Claims for loss, damage, or delay against the carrier must be made by Customer. Customer shall accept partial delivery of any order, and, any defect therein or failure to make any subsequent partial delivery shall be severable, and shall not constitute a breach of the entire agreement.

Q: BACK ORDERS:

Back orders from a prepaid order will be shipped with a prepaid order as soon as available or shipped separately and prepaid.
